Illegal Alien, Convicted of 2012 Sex Crime in Robertson County and Deported, Arrested Again at Arizona Border

Tennessee Star

Robertson County convicted sexual predator Jose Pineda Torres, an illegal alien, was again arrested yesterday for violating U.S. immigration laws.

In 2012, Torres was convicted for attempted aggravated sexual battery and subsequently deported. On May 24, 2017, he was arrested in the Tuscon Sector by Border Patrol as he again crossed the border illegally. Since Torres had previously been deported, his illegal re-entry is a felony.  He was turned over to ICE for detention.

When an illegal alien is apprehended by Border Patrol, all available law enforcement databases are checked and any criminal conviction information is logged into the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) database regardless of whether the crime was committed in the U.S.

Between fiscal years 2015 and 2016, under the Obama administration’s immigration enforcement policies, criminal aliens apprehended at the border had convictions categorized in the database as follows:

Assault, battery, domestic violence                                        2,758
Burglary, robberty, larceny, theft, fraud                                2,311
Driving under the influence                                                      5,917
Homicide, manslaughter                                                                20
Ilegal drug possession trafficking                                            5,156
Illegal entry, re-entry                                                               16,674
Illegal weapons possession transport, trafficking                   643
Sexual offenses                                                                               467
Other (any other conviction not in the above categories)  6,148

So far during fiscal year 2017 which began on October 1, 2016, the CBP’s data shows the following:

Assault, battery, domestic violence                                            387
Burglary, robberty, larceny, theft, fraud                                   336
Driving under the influence                                                         839
Homicide, manslaughter                                                                  2
Ilegal drug possession trafficking                                               674
Illegal entry, re-entry                                                                 2,557
Illegal weapons possession transport, trafficking                     98
Sexual offenses                                                                                 72
Other (any other conviction not in the above categories)

Illegal aliens in Tennessee have contributed their fair share of criminal activity that jeopardizes public safety. For example:

Yes, Every Kid
  • Nashville – Olbin Euceda is now serving a 75 year sentence after being convicted on 41 criminal charges including robberies and raping a young child after tying up her parents. He was arrested before boarding a bus to Mexico.
  • Nashville – Rony Sorto, previously in jail on a weapons charge, was Euceda’s accomplice and is serving a 40 year sentence.
  • Nashville – Antonio Dejesus Idelfonso and Eliseo Marcelino-Quintero, thinking they had hit a woman with the truck they were driving, shot her five times while she was laying on the ground calling for help. She was pregnant and both she and her unborn child were killed.
  • Kingsport – Feliciano Morales Flores, carrying a counterfeit Social Security card and a permanent resident card, was arrested for aggravated assault of his pregnant girlfriend.
  • Chattanooga – Diego Tomas-Tomas arrested for raping a child.
  • Wilson County – Edwin Velasquez Curuchiche who had been apprehended at the border and skipped showing up in immigration court, was eventually arrested for repeatedly filming himself molesting a 6-year old child.
  • Shelbyville – Alfonzo Domingo Sebastian was arrested for aggravated statutory rape, was put on an ICE detainer but got out on bail and fled.
  • Carter County – Robelio E. Flores-Rivera and Adan O. Vasquez-Rodriguez charged with aggravated statutory rape, solicitation of a minor, and patronizing prostitution of a minor.
  • Loudon County – Genaro Galvan-Mora convicted of reckless homicide and after being deported, was arrested trying to re-enter the U.S.
  • Wilson County – brother Fernando and Ramiro Limon were both charged with four counts of child rape.

When illegal aliens willingly and knowingly violate U.S. law starting with illegal entry, it is not safe to assume that their criminal behavior will stop at the border.

Gov. Haslam, and his boy, Randy Boyd, want more of this for the state of Tennessee. Because along with these criminal creeps come the hard working, multicultural illegals who prop up the tourist/hospitality and building industry with their cheap wages. I mean, after all, what’s a little murder, theft and rape compared to a “vibrant economy?”

Mayor Berry wants more of this in Nashville.
